Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Here, he learned the values of welcoming all and the importance of warm hospitality. Chef Joe was professionally trained at Ivy Tech which included studies in France. He also apprenticed and competed in culinary competitions with Chef Alex Darvichi in California, New York and Germany. He then served as the Executive Chef at a premiere Midwest country club for twenty years where he continued his education studying food and wine in Napa Valley and New York City. Chef Joe focused on the values of honoring the details and serving the very best to the private sector’s elite. Being a husband and father of five children has taught him to Enjoy the Moment!
